Signal works but sends wrong data for pedal

Cons: Hitting the pedal sends the wrong key (middle C I think, forgot).
Using another MIDI cable worked correctly (super old Turtle Beach MIDI cable from 10 years ago).

Overall Review: Having the pedal being broken is deal breaker for me, otherwise it sort of works.

Pros: My Roland Keyboard from 1996 works now with milkytracker on Mac OSX. Worked as soon as i plugged it in as per the simple directions included.

Cons: ugly cable, but who cares.

Overall Review: Unwrapped, read the little instruction sheet, plugged it in, turned on the keyboard, fired up Windows 7, 7 loaded the drivers, and it works fine.
